Justin Woodward
Justin Woodward, a tax attorney, cofounded Taxbit in 2017 alongside his brother Austin Woodward, CEO & Cofounder, and their cousin Brandon Woodward, front-end development and design. The company quickly achieved unicorn status and revolutionized tax and accounting infrastructure and processes throughout the tokenized economy.
Justin graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, one of the most prestigious law schools in the world, before working with the general counsel of a Fortune 500 company. While there, he examined the feasibility of cryptocurrency adoption and analyzed the potential liability of causing an interdependent electronic product to lose integration.
Justin also completed a federal judicial clerkship for United States District Judge Kimball working on cases and drafting numerous orders dealing with cryptocurrency, securities litigation, and contract disputes.
