We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help the customers who use our crypto tax platform get the most information they can about their transactions to successfully complete their taxes. This person will use email as the primary form of communication with our customers.
Technical support specialists are expected to represent TaxBit in a professional and friendly manner. You should be comfortable navigating complex topics, situations, and conversations with our users. To learn as much as possible about TaxBit’s product, it will help to have a passion for and curiosity about crypto and tax and accounting as you strive to become a subject matter expert.
