We’re excited to announce that Simon Frey will be joining the Taxbit team as VP of Customer Operations. Frey will be leading Taxbit’s customer success initiatives across our Individual, Enterprise, and Government verticals.

We’re excited to announce that Simon Frey will be joining the Taxbit team as VP of Customer Operations. Frey will be leading Taxbit’s customer success initiatives across our Individual, Enterprise, and Government verticals.

Frey brings over 10 years of combined experience in the FinTech industry as well as in scaling early-stage startups, from founder to early hire, leading to two acquisitions and an IPO.

Prior to joining Taxbit, Frey was the Head of Services at Qualtrics, where he built and scaled Qualtrics ’ Professional Services business and partner ecosystem in the Americas. Frey also worked in the New Ventures Group at McKinsey and Company, via their acquisition of Finalta, an analytics startup, where he partnered with many leading global Banks, FIs, and FinTechs.

In addition to managing Taxbit’s post-sales customer operations, Frey will also play a key role in building out a world-class team at Taxbit’s recently announced Seattle office.

Frey is excited to be back at a startup in an industry he is so bullish on. “I’m excited to join Taxbit and help our incredible base of customers overcome acute tax & accounting challenges,” expressed Frey. “We’re building a world class team and I’m thrilled that we’ll now be able to tap into an amazing talent pool in Seattle.”
