Lesley is a Senior Technical Consultant at TaxBit where she leads client-facing implementations with high ARRs, helps scale enterprise products used by the world’s largest digital exchanges, builds backbone of DeFi integrations, and spreads the awareness of blockchain amongst crypto communities.

Prior to TaxBit, Lesley spent the majority of her career in Consulting, notably for high-tech and financial services clients with large portfolios. She advised companies on IT risk management, system integrations, and technical product management.

In addition to her day job, Lesley started exploring virtual currencies in 2014 via a case study focused on taxations around digital assets and their micro-finance environment. Since then, she’s been involved in the crypto community through speaking events, DAOs, NFTs, and DeFi projects. A fan of entrepreneurship, she also helped found a pre-seed stage healthcare startup addressing IBD patients’ needs.

Lesley holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Washington and a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Business Analytics with a minor in Psychology from The Kelley School of Business where she graduated as a Hutton Honor Scholar.
