Lindsay is a New York based Partner of Financial Services at EY. She brings with her fifteen years of expert experience. Lindsay enthusiastically supports CFOs and finance functions through sustainable growth, strategic transactions and transformation.

She has significant experience advising banks, broker dealers, asset managers, FinTechs, digital asset companies, and other financial institutions in US, London, Sydney and Mumbai.

Lindsay is passionate about growth markets and financial services innovation, specializing in IPO/SPAC readiness, regulatory compliance, ESG, and finance optimization.

Sean Riley

Senior Manager, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, EY

Sean is a San Francisco based Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice of EY. He has over ten years’ experiencein financial services working primarily in New York, Illinois and California,where he has provided both external audit and advisory services to global financial services institutions, regional and community banks, and digital asset exchanges.

In the last few years, Sean has focused primarily on the Blockchain and FinTech sectors, assisting these technology companies through various phases of their growth journey, including audit readiness, IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation projects focusing on impacts to accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, governance and internal controls.

Aaron Jacob

Head of Accounting Solutions

Prior to TaxBit, Aaron spent eight years at Chatham Financial working with the treasury and accounting teams of corporate and large financial services clients. He advised companies on: derivative portfolio management; finance and accounting process transformation; technical accounting solutions; and oversaw the development of Chatham’s core financial services technology. During this time, Jacob worked across many asset classes including: equities, foreign currency, interest rates, and commodities.

Aaron previously worked at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), where he assisted the Board in making improvements to US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). 

He has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from BYU and earned his MBA from The Wharton School where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
